I have been there several times, the staff of the resort is very nice. The owner takes care of his guests with care and commitment. I spent New Year's Eve 2023/2024 in room no. 23/4 people. Very nice room with a large bathroom. The shower cabin is closed with one wall. It didn't bother us then no problem. After bathing, everyone should know what to do when it comes to making this place available to other roommates. I highly recommend it, the meals are delicious, the staff in the kitchen is very nice. The center is very clean, warm, tasty. Thank you very much for a great New Year's Eve, we will definitely come back there

The Bolko resort for people traveling individually and not in groups is a mistake. You have to look for service around the facility, there is no information about your stay or conditions. We received the key to room 23, which is located in the basement. No network coverage. Disappointment when no one informed us (and they were fully aware of it from the very beginning) that there was no complete shower in the bathroom. Namely, there was no single pane of glass. The water just stood there all over the room. The meals were very good, although the soups were often cold. Initially, when it comes to seats in the canteen, they were separated, but later, even though there were free tables, we were connected individually with other people in the center. The lack of a shelter outside on a rainy day is a big minus. A sauna is being built downstairs in the basement, noisy in the morning. We talked to the owner of the facility, exchanged our reservations, and I suggested that due to the inconvenience, we should have a discount, compared to people traveling in groups or individually and having fully functional rooms and not located in the basement. Apart from saying thank you for the information, there was no reaction.

The participants of our school trip remember their stay at the Bolko Guesthouse very well. The rooms were very well-kept and met all standards, as were the bathrooms. It is an ideal base. Close to the Bear Cave, Śnieżnik, trout fishing grounds, Kłodzko and Złoty Stok. As the tour leader, I was full of admiration for the professionalism, kindness and flexibility of the owner, the lady who welcomed us and the kitchen and room staff. We reached an agreement on food without any problems, and in a difficult moment when one of the trip participants became ill, they helped organize transport. The lack of coverage could be the only downside, but on this type of trip I think it's a plus. Young people can disconnect from smartphones and finally enjoy the surrounding nature and the company of friends. I would highly recommend. Jacek Ptaszyński Primary School in Dąbcz

For the second year in a row we spent New Year's Eve in Bolko. We will organize the ball perfectly, delicious home-made food, DJ and atmosphere - we had a great time. As for the stay and accommodation, the rooms are clean, breakfasts and dinners are very tasty, there is a ping-pong table, billiards and table football, so you can't complain about boredom. The staff is very helpful and friendly (both in Bolko and Menosa, where we visited in previous years). New in Bolko. Sauna available to guests, brand new and clean <3. I would highly recommend!

I spent the autumn week of 2022 at the Bolko Guesthouse in the Bialskie Mountains. We were tempted by the promotion of the price of our stay. And...we liked everything. A charming village surrounded by mountains, rushing streams, forest paths, the Mount of Olives with a beautiful panorama of the mountains, ski stations on sloping slopes, a walking path to the Stara Morawa reservoir. Peace, quiet and fresh air. After hiking, we enjoyed delicious home-cooked food. Tasty, plentiful. And fragrant cake, different every day. I celebrated these meals with delight. Everywhere is clean and fragrant. Staff very nice and helpful. I returned home rested, happy and full, with a bag of local products. And in the bag: goat cheese with various herbs, oscypek cheese and a bag of dried porcini mushrooms found during forest walks. You want to come back to such places. The Bolko guesthouse is a recommendable, great base for hiking in low mountains, car trips to the interesting Kłodzko Valley and trips to the Czech Republic.
